“I don’t even know why I’m seeing that this company is supposed to be an auto insurance company but I was doing this sweepstakes thing and was told for 19.99, I pay and can sign up for unlimited sweepstakes as I want so I paid and it took me to the website to enter in to any sweeps I wanted but I noticed it would not do anything I them tried to find a customer service option to cancel and instead of the website taking me there it took me to another titled the same but didn’t have the word pro at the end I tried to go back to original website I then was asked to log back in and as I did I had the account info and password created written down next to me but I guess they logged me out and the credentials I wrote down didn’t work anymore and I can’t log back in to reach customer support to cancel I want it canceled and my money back on my card please”

Victim of Sky Auto Warranty scam
“In February of this year, I received a mailed letter at my new address. The letter stated that I needed to activate my car’s extended warranty; otherwise, I would lose the coverage. Without delay, I contacted the provided number and expressed my concern regarding the requirement to pay an activation fee. After all, I had already fully paid for the extended warranty. The representative assured me that the fee, totaling $187.73, was a one-time charge solely for activation purposes. Despite my reservations, I proceeded with the payment.
Everything seemed fine until July when I noticed that my credit card was charged the same amount every month since February. I promptly made a call, and during the conversation, they informed me that this was a MONTHLY fee – a detail I had not agreed to initially. I even dropped an email to their customer service representative (“Daniel G.” ) but still, it didn’t get canceled and I am getting charged for the amount every month. My request is twofold: firstly, I am seeking a refund for both charges and secondly, I would appreciate it if they could delete my card details from their system and cancel the policy”Sky Protection Service
